Sterling Chromite II® Designer Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a complete, vehicle-specific solution for premium handlebar cable and brake line installation. ✨🔧

This all-in-one kit includes throttle and idle cables with throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any required switch wiring and turn-signal extensions. All lines use Sterling Chromite II® braided construction with highly polished plated fittings for a refined look and smooth operation.

  • Brake lines feature PTFE inner tubing, aramid fiber reinforcement, premium Signature Magnum braids, and an outer PVC jacket for excellent durability and consistent braking feel.
  • Low-effort, high-efficiency cable designs meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
  • Kits for dual-disc setups include a brazed manifold to eliminate leaks and alignment issues common with threaded connections.
  • Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 standards; kit is assembled in the USA.

Designed around tall-rise handlebars with 2" risers, the kit streamlines installation and provides matching braided cables and brake lines for a cohesive finish. The package gives technicians everything needed for a clean, reliable installation with OEM-level performance.
